

Elected Representatives
We have many Conservative elected representatives representing all or parts of the Lincoln Constituency at various levels of local government. The Association works hard to fund raise and campaign to get more elected. We recruit our candidates from amongst our membership, if you have ever wanted to stand for election to the local authorities in the constituency and share our values and politics then why not come and join us?
City of Lincoln Conservative Councillors
The City of Lincoln is divided in to 11 wards each with three Councillors. The Conservative Party currently has 7 councillors. A councillor is elected by residents of their wards once every four years. Elections are held in three of every four years, with one councillor in each ward elected in each of the first three years. In the fourth year County Councillors are elected.

Elected Association Chairman in March 2016 following a year as Deputy Chairman Political. City of Lincoln Councillor for Birchwood Ward and Mayor of Lincoln 2004-5. Eddie has lived in Lincoln for 30 years and has Birchwood Ward in his blood having first been elected in 1991. He owned and run his own business in the city until he retired in 2011. He is married to Sandra and they have two daughters.

North Kesteven Conservative Councillors
North Kesteven District Council has two wards which fall within the Lincoln Parliamentary Constituency, Bracebridge Heath & Waddington East and Skellingthorpe. NKDC is based in Sleaford, however as Conservative Associations are based on Parliamentary Constituencies then these wards and members are part of the Lincoln Association.

Lincolnshire County Council Conservative Councillors
Wards in Lincolnshire County Council are called divisions, they are large and their boundaries can cover more than one Parliamentary Association area. There are seven Conservative County Councillors whose divisions, or parts of their divisions fall within the Lincoln Association.

Lincolnshire Police
Lincolnshire Police Cover the whole of the non-metropolitan area of Lincolnshire (Excluding North and North East Lincolnshire). It is the largest geographic police force in the UK. The force is overseen by an elected Police & Crime Commissioner.


Marc Jones
Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire
Marc Jones was been elected as Lincolnshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner on 6th May 2016.
Marc has been involved in the local community for a number of years including as a school governor of two schools as well as being a member of and running various community and resident groups.
He spent five years as a Councillor on the City of Lincoln Council and sat as a Board member on the Lincoln Business Improvement Group. Marc has also served on Lincolnshire County Council where he took on the role of Executive Councillor for Finance and Property.
